Warranty Policy for Laser Equipment

The information about the Warranty that follows applies only to Elite Smooth professional machines, and not to consumables such as gels and liquids and cartridges. Handheld devices have a 1 year warranty instead of 3 years.
Warranty Overview:
We offer a 3 year (36 months) Warranty for the main machine and for spare parts. Spare parts do not include consumables nor disposables such as replacement bulbs. The Warranty is not transferable unless your request for transfer is approved by customer support.
Warranty for Main Machine:
We guarantee your machine against defects in construction for 3 years from the date of delivery. When a structural defect in the main machine is brought to our attention, and evidence is provided demonstrating the structure defect (such as a clear video and/or photos), we will arrange for necessary repairs by providing videos showing clearly step by step how to fix the issue, or, only when deemed necessary by the technicians of Elite Smooth Laser, send the machine for repair or replace the original machine with a new machine.
Exceptions:
The above guarantees are voided if cooperation by the buyer to provide requested information such as photos and videos, is ignored or refused.
Warranty for Spare Parts:
We guarantee the parts/accessories of your machines against defects for 3 months from the date of delivery. This means, by definition, that if any part of your machine, such as a handle, is not functioning properly due to a structural defect in construction of the part, and this is brought to our attention (for example if you provide a video demonstrating the defect of the part), we will arrange for necessary repairs or replace the part/accessory, free of charge.
Shipping Costs:
During the first 3 months of the active Warranty period, shipping costs of spare parts will by paid by Elite Smooth.
After the first 3 months, shipping costs of spare parts requested and paid for (at cost) will be charged to the buyer/customer.
During the first 12 - 36 months of the active Warranty period, should the main machine need to be repaired, Elite Smooth will provide thorough instructions on how to repair the machine for free and also provide support by video conferencing. Should professional repair be required, shipping and delivery costs will be the responsibility of the buyer/customer.
Warranty Exclusions:
The Warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by any of the following:
- Failure to follow usage instructions/misuse of the product
- Cases in which the buyer/customer refuses to or neglects to provide any evidence of the defect or damage claimed (example - negligence to provide a video)
- Alteration of the product
- Impact or insertion of foreign objects
- Application of harmful chemicals
- Normal wear and tear
Support After the Warranty:
Elite Smooth will continue to be available to provide technical and related support, however there may be a cost for the buyer/customer, depending on what is needed. (Elite Smooth will always continue to provide needed replacement parts).
