In-Stock Items

All of our in-stock items are thoroughly tested and shipped within 72 hours.  Whether you are purchasing products for yourself or for your business, we want you to receive your equipment as soon as possible so you can start enjoying the benefits!

Please make sure you provide either a commercial or residential address as we cannot ship to PO boxes.

For all customized and special orders, we will inform you of the expected shipping time before you place your order.

Orders with Multiple Items

We have several warehouse locations, so items may arrive in separate shipments.

Packing and Testing

We use professional packaging to avoid any damages during transit. All products are subject to strict quality control inspection checks prior to shipment.  If you notice any visible external damages on your package, please report it to the carrier at the time of delivery.  If the damage is unnoticed until the merchandise is unpacked, please notify customer service at within 24 hours of receiving your product.

Couriers

We use all major couriers including FedEx, DHL & UPS.  Some oversized equipment like vertical lasers may be shipped via freight services. Shipping via a freight truck includes curbside delivery to commercial addresses. Such delivery also includes a free lift gate service, which means the driver will take the items off the truck for you. The driver is NOT obligated to bring the items inside of your shop with a standard delivery. If you would like an inside delivery, please ask one of our sales representatives for a special quotation.

Expedited shipments

Do you need your products faster? We’ll do our best to meet your requirements!  Please ask our customer care reps for expedited shipping so we can arrange it.

Tracking Information

All our products are shipped with a tracking number so Elite Smooth Laser and you can both easily track your purchase. Once you have placed your order, please check your email for shipping updates from our logistic department. Some orders require signature confirmation at time of delivery.
