Refund policy

We think you’re going to love your purchase!  But just in case you don’t, no worries, because we offer a 30 Day Return Policy.  This means if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for any reason within 30 calendar days of delivery, and we will refund your original payment (minus shipping and handling).  Please read our refund policy and guidelines below for details:

Elite Smooth Laser provides 30 Day Return Policy for the following products purchased online at elitesmooth.com.  

  • Diode Laser Machines
  • IPL Hair Removal Machines
  • Salon Trolleys

Non-refundable Items:

  • Gels, serums & creams are consumables and are therefore non-refundable.
  • All items that were delivered 30 calendar days or more in the past.
  • All items without original packaging.

Refused Deliveries:

Should you refuse to accept delivery of your product(s), you will receive a refund minus any shipping costs incurred by Elite Smooth Laser, and minus a 25% handling charge.  Your refund will be processed once the returned goods are received and examined by our return warehouse inspectors.

Cancellations:

We have a fast turnaround time for processing orders, which makes it possible for clients like you to receive your Elite Smooth products quickly.  Therefore cancellation is not possible after an order is confirmed.  Please contact Elite Smooth Customer Care for return instructions hello@elitesmooth.com.

Procedure for Returns:

If you would like to return for a refund, please follow these simple steps:

USA Residents

  1. Contact Elite Smooth Customer Care and provide your order number and photos of your product(s), including serial number, to be returned.
  2. If your return request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with a Return Authorization Number as well as return instructions, including a return shipping label.
  3. Safely package the product(s) in the original shipping box and affix the label.
  4. Once the returned goods are received by Elite Smooth Laser, your refund will be issued within 5-15 business days.
  5. Return shipping charges as well as a 20% handling charge will be deducted from total refund.

Foreign Residents

  1. Contact Elite Smooth Customer Care and provide your order number and photos of your product(s), including serial number, to be returned.
  2. If your return request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with a Return Authorization Number as well as return instructions.
  3. Safely package all components/products that was included in original order in a shipping box and arrange shipping with an international courier.  Purchaser is directly responsible for all shipping and import duty charges.
  4. Once the returned goods are received by Elite Smooth Laser, your refund will be issued within 5-15 business days.
  5. A 20% handling charge will be deducted from total refund.

Elite Smooth Laser will not accept returns for products purchased from 3rd party retailers.

If you purchased our products from anywhere other than Elite Smooth Laser, you must contact the reseller/retailer directly for their return policy.

Returned goods will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Your returned product must have an Elite Smooth Laser Return Authorization Number. Returns without a Return Authorization will be returned to sender. Returns must be shipped out within 7 calendar days of the date the Return Authorization was issued, or an additional 8% handling charge will be deducted.

Ensure product is carefully packaged

Original packaging materials are required in order to avoid damage during shipping. Goods returned in a damaged condition may receive partial refund at the discretion of Elite Smooth Laser.
